Fractional YACHT OWNERSHIP

Simple | Convenient | Affordable

THE BEST YACHT SHARE OWNERSHIP PROGRAM AVAILABLE

Yacht Ownership Made Simple

With a one-time investment, you’ll be the proud owner of a 1/7 share in a new luxury catamaran. No insurance fees, no maintenance fees, none of the usual hassles of ownership. No need to worry about upkeep. After 5 or 6 years, the yacht is sold and a substantial portion of the investment is returned to each shareholder. That’s it.

Convenient: No insurance fees, no maintenance fees, none of the usual hassles of ownership. No need to worry about upkeep. Use the yacht 1 week per year and for 2 weeks in one of the years of your membership. At the end, the syndicate sells the boat and you collect a substantial amount of your initial investment.

Affordable: If you like to charter, than this syndicate program makes financial sense. If your initial investment is 135k, expect up to 100k back! That is 7 weeks of crewed charters for 35k (normally 1 week would cost you +25k).

How does bareboat reciprocity work?

There is a 1:2 reciprocity for 6 cabin and 4 cabin bareboats in the fleet. One crewed week can be exchanged for two bareboat weeks. If you’re interested in captaining your own ship you can use two bareboat weeks per year and choose from 50+ destinations.

Where can I go?

Enjoy a crewed week at 14 bases worldwide including the British Virgin Islands, Cuba, Grenada, Martinique, Bali, the Western Mediterranean (seasonal), Tahiti, Seychelles and French Caribbean islands of Guadeloupe, St. Martin, and more. If you choose a bareboat exchange, the number of available destinations increases to more than 50 locations worldwide. If you have a particular place you’d like to visit, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and a representative will work to get you there.

Are there extra costs?

A crewed charter week includes accommodations for up to 12 guests, a captain and cook, with meals, drinks, kayak, paddleboard and snorkel equipment included for a $2,650 per week use fee. You will incur fuel and mooring/customs/marine park charges depending on your individual charter itinerary. A tip to the crew is expected at the end of the week based on your level of satisfaction.

How many people participate in purchase of boat?

There will be 6 other syndicate members participating in the purchase of the boat for a total of 7 members per boat.

How many yachts currently exist in this program?

Currently, there are three available syndications with partial ownership/shares. One of the boats is an Ipanema 58, another is the Lagoon 620 and there is a Bali 5.4 as well. We own the boats and a large charter company maintains them for us.
